Yes! Coaching is confidential, and your coach will not share any of the information sharing in a coaching session unless there is information that is endangering the client or others.
If your work is sponsoring your coaching, there may be a contract called a “sponsor contract”that is provided to your work. This allows your employer to ask very basic questions about your coaching, such as whether or not you showed up to the session. What is shared in the session will remain strictly confidential, regardless of the nature of your sponsorship.
